Hi.

Welcome to my blog. This is where you can find my thoughts on (a digitalised form of) paper. Arts. Philosophy. Science. And everything that can be and is in-between.

Hope you have a nice stay!

Wow Factor LDN

Book clubs aside, we have created something cooler.

Wow Factor LDN was created when me and my friend were hiding from the scorching heat in the National Gallery.

With museums and other attractions on almost every corner, I think it is safe to say that people of London always (or usually) find themselves in cool environments. Parks, greenhouses, art museums, unimaginable installations… London offers multi-layered enjoyment for everyone. Art majors, TimeOut-ers, fanatics or just random art-stumblers…

Just step into a bookstore of your choice - be it Waterstones on Piccadilly (or maybe a much smaller, local one), Foyles, Daunt Books or maybe even an ordinary newsagents - chances are you will stumble upon some information of some sort claiming to show you a secret side of The Big Smoke - with many smaller and bigger streets telling a story and being a home to some hidden gems.

So on a sweltering summer day we decide to hide in The National gallery. They have air-con too. And an arts shop - with lots of notebooks, pens and artsy prints. This is also a window into the minds and skills of the past. Undoubtedly, people of Renaissance or Enlightenment thought and perceived the world differently from us, tech-savvy wizzes of the 21st century. Let’s explore! We pull the door and enter the magic.

Sometimes I feel like going somewhere, but don't feel like doing so on my own. A company is always great even when / if you think it is too people-y out there. Sharing makes one discover new layers of any realm one may enter. Share your thoughts. Share the space and the experiences.

So, Wow Factor LDN was born. Explore what London offers - from art exhibitions (smaller and bigger) to anything else which may make your mind wander and your thoughts skip a beat. Or two.
